Ordering & Payments
You can access your order status and history by referencing the tracking link in your order confirmation email. Please note: Tracking information may not appear for up to 24 business hours after your order has shipped. For status updates, Contact Us.
We look forward to shipping your order as quickly as possible. So that you are able to enjoying your purchase please double check that you have entered the correct and full delivery address. We are unable to modify or cancel an order once you have already placed.
Please Contact Us with your name and order number, and a Customer Care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
To protect your security and privacy, your bank can't provide IT Cosmetics with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you need to contact your bank directly to solve these payment issues.
You can try again with a different card, or confirm that your details are correct by retrying your current card.
All orders shipped from IT Cosmetics Australia will be subject to GST.
IT Cosmetics accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Afterpay as forms of payment. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal as a method of payment. Credit card & PayPal information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
In the event your order is declined, IT Cosmetics will inform you of this event and refund any monies paid.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.
If you want to check the status of your order and have an online account with us, please log into My Account and select 'Order History' to check the progress of your order.
If you want to track the shipment of your order, you can do so by clicking on the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. For Delivery delays, please contact Australia Post directly.

This could be for one of 4 reasons:
- Your spam filters are too high, meaning our email has been blocked as spam
- IT Cosmetics (firstname.lastname@example.org) has not added to your Address Book
- You entered your email address incorrectly when checking out and the email has been send to the wrong email
- Your order may not have been successfully submitted.

Products ordered online are not for resale. We regret that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) units of any item (per size, per day) with a maximum purchase of $1500 per customer. If you have any questions, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist.
