To help ensure we’re selling our products to genuine IT Girls and IT Guys (and not to resellers), we place a limit on the number of orders you can make within 30 days. This also gives more of you an opportunity to purchase popular items before they’re out of stock, especially when it comes to our limited-edition launches.

Some of our promotions require a Coupon Code and others don't.

Click on the pink bag icon in upper right-hand corner to go to the "Your Shopping Bag" page. For those promos that don't require a Coupon Code, you should see the promotion displayed immediately in your Shopping Bag, if you're eligible. If the promo does require a Coupon Code, enter it into the "Promo Code" section and press "Apply". When your promo code is accepted, it will be displayed at the top of the page. Qualified gift/s must be visible in shopping cart before completing an order to be received.

Promo codes are not case sensitive. Only one promo code may be used per online order.

If, at the time of your order, you select an item that is temporarily out of stock, you will have the option to be notified via email when it is available for purchase.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. We can deliver to the whole of Australia, and to physical addresses. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed.
